Lord of the Rings!!

This weekend Justin and I are going to a Lord of the Rings marathon at the Megaplex here in Logan and I am SOOO excited!  I didn't see all of them in the theater the first time around, so I'm glad I get another chance.  Even if it is going to be 13 straight hours...13 AWESOME hours.  And then The Hobbit is coming out next weekend!  Yay!

Graduating!

I only have two weeks left in my last semester of Undergraduate work!  Yay me!  And it's about time!

It's been a looong time!

I can't believe Ciaran doesn't exist on this blog!  It's been way too long.  Especially since Ciaran is already 4 months old!  Can you believe it?

Jude is also growing too fast!  His personality develops more each day.  He has worn his Halloween Batman costume pretty much every single day since October 27th.  He's wearing it right now, actually.

Funny Things

The other night we used Elmo bath tablet things to change the color of Jude's bath water. Well, he wasn't too excited by that. In fact, he freaked and we had to take him out of the bath to calm him down. He wouldn't get back in until Justin got in the tub. They took a bath together that night. Justin wouldn't let me post pictures of that. But, believe me, they exist. :)

Keshia and Jude were playing together while I did some things around the house. When I looked over, this is what I found:

ha ha ha. That picture kills me! Justin told me I had to post this next picture to show how grown up Jude is getting. I don't think we always realize it until we see it in a picture.

Today when we were playing outside, we came across this motorcycle, and Jude was just mesmerized by is. We stood there staring at it for probably 15 minutes straight. I think we have a wild child on our hands.

Baseball Game

Yesterday we went to a USU baseball game. It was really fun! Here's Jude watching intently. (This lasted about two minutes, of course.)

It was a really warm day, but REALLY windy. We didn't expect to get sunburned, but Justin and I both did. Thankfully, I put sunscreen on Jude just in case.

Check out this awesome outfit he's wearing...the rainboots are my favorite, of course. He's been wearing them nonstop since my mom bought them for him in Idaho. With every outfit.

Mama's Boy & Baby Bump

I love it when he comes and snuggles with me uncoerced. My sister Millie said something about my baby bump in her last comment. Here it is! It's crazy, I didn't show at all and then, seemingly overnight, BAM. In this picture, it's like Jude's saying hey to his new brother.

Baby #2!!!

As you all know, we are happily expecting our second baby, due July 29, 2012! We had our ultrasound on March 15th and found out that baby #2 is a BOY! yay! Here are some pictures from that ultrasound. Sorry the quality's not very good, I had to take pictures of the pictures to get them on here tonight.This picture is my favorite. The ultrasound tech swooped up to this view to see our little guy, and apparently he didn't want to be seen. He brought both his hands up immediately to cover his face.
Everything is healthy and good with baby #2. Justin and I are freaking THRILLED! Justin felt him kick for the first time last night; that was really fun. Baby #2 kicks like crazy, just like Jude did! Now we just have to come up with another boy name...yikes!

Jude Update

He loves trying our shoes on, no matter how huge they are on him. :)

He loves pretending to go to sleep, and he loves snuggling up with his blankie and stuffed animals on the couch. He's a happy boy!

Awesome Concerts Coming Up!!

There are two awesome concerts happening the next few months in Salt Lake City. First, Guster is playing at In the Venue on March 10th! If you want to buy tickets, go here. Then, on April 4th, Good Old War is playing at The State Room. If you want tickets, go here. It will be awesome, especially because the Guster show is an acoustic show, and Good Old War has a new album coming out on March 6th so they'll most likely be playing new stuff. Hey, if you want their new album, "Come Back As Rain," you can preorder it here. I recommend doing all of these things.

New Blog.....I hear

So rumor has it that there is this new blog on the internet that has just started up and it going to be all things music, movies, books, classified documents, and parchments. What? Go check it out, I hear they also will publish submissions of people reviews or commentary on these entertainment subjects. The possibilities are endless. it's at fromthereservoir.blogspot.com. Jude Bonanza!

Look at my cutie pie! He's getting so huge! And so smart. He has memorized where all his favorite movies are in the dvd book, even the ones that don't have pictures.

Lately, he likes to put on whatever huge shoes are available and walk around in them. Of course, it makes him very upset when they keep falling off. Mommy and Jude. This was a bit ago, before we got his hair cut again. I need to post some with his hair short, he looks so much older. He looks like a real boy instead of a baby boy.

Ooookay...we have a mini Justin on our hands.

What can I say? He's freaking cute.
