I can't believe its been a year since we were doing my book club! I didn't intend on letting it lapse for this long, but I guess that's what happens when you have a baby: other things fall by the wayside.
I officially want to bring it back to life now! Nic, is it still okay if we use the forum?? That would be awesome! Oh, and the only difference from the book club before is that I think I'm gunna pick the books, just because there are so many I want to read and discuss. I will definitely take suggestions though! We'll start discussing the first book at the end of June, which is "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien. I've also picked books for July and August. I've updated the Book Club Schedule on the page.
Everyone who wants to participate, it's located at forum.ibetts.net (if it's still okay with Nic) and you just have to register if you haven't already. We can start posting and responding to topics as soon as we want! I'm way excited!

I think bringing the Book Club back is a good idea, and this time I will do my best to actually contribute. "The Things They Carried" is a fantastic book. In fact, it's one of the last books I read, but I look forward to re-reading it.
Holy cow, I was just about to send out an email asking everyone if it was okay if I delete the forum! I thought the club was dead, but YAY! It's not! Let me go blow the dust off it and see if we need any security upgrades, etc.
