Today I saw a commercial for a new birth control pill. It claims that women will only have their periods once every 3 months when on their pill. They ask, "Who says you have to have your period every month?" And my answer is, uh...God?
haha, that's exactly what I say every time I see that commercial! And then it goes, 'there's no medical reason to have a period when on birth control' and I go, 'that you've discovered' or 'you don't think so, but-' or 'they also said there wasn't anything wrong with cigarettes.'
Yeah, God did the designing, and then your body just does it. I do have a friend who naturally only gets her period about 2 times a year- yeah, I have moments of jealousy (about once a month).
