Ahh....college football

I haven't written anything about college football all season. I thought that was very unusual, so I decided now was as good as time as ever (just after BYU beat Utah.) That makes my entire season good. Even if BYU won one game all season, I would be fine with it as long as it was against Utah. Happy day.

I also believe that TCU is the best team in the nation. Period. Over. Done. I think they can beat any of the top 3 teams, and will beat one of them in the sugar bowl, which will most likely be Alabama. Haha, stupid alabama. But I think in order to convince the BCS and the rest of the nation, the Mountain West conference should add some credibility to their conference. I mean, they aren't even going to fill all of their bowl spots. That's pretty bad. But when you only have nine teams, it makes it pretty difficult to have six of them bowl eligible. This is what I would propose:

I think that the Mtn. West should add Boise St., Fresno St., and Houston. And no, I don't think they should drop any teams. That way they have twelve teams. Then you split the conference into two divisions that look like this:

Mtn. West (East division)
TCU
Houston
Air Force
Colorado St.
Wyoming
Boise St.

Mtn. West (West division)
BYU
Utah
New Mexico
San Diego St.
Fresno St.
UNLV

The only reason I would put Boise St. in the east division is because if you put them in the west division you would have BYU, Utah, Fresno St., and Boise St., and the east division would only have TCU and Houston. So to make it more competitive I would do it that way. And then you can have a conference championship game held in Phoenix. I think this is all a good idea. Then the WAC could figure out how to replace two of their teams, but who cares about them. I think this would add a whole lot of credibility to the Mtn. West and it would make it so much more fun. I would love to see this happen even though it never will.

Yes, that would be very nice to see. I like like the idea and like how the conference would be split. But ya, too bad it'll never happen.
I also think TCU would beat any of the top 3 teams. I only hope the Sugar Bowl does pick TCU and not the Fiesta Bowl against GT. That would be lame cuz TCU would kill them.
